What information do you collect and what do you use it for?
ThePocketPartner.com recognizes and respects your privacy. Data collected from you will only be used to process your order. We also offer a "secure on-line" 128 bit Industry Standard Encryption ordering system to protect the information you give us. All information will be kept private and we will not sell your name or information to any other organization. All credit card information will be deleted from the database within 30 days.

 

Is there another way to order with a credit card if I ‘still’ don’t feel safe?
Yes! To place your order via fax, please print out this sheet and fax it to: 970-884-0537
We have to read your handwriting, so please print everything (no cursive, etc.).


Can I order if I don't have a credit card?
Yes! We also for your conveience have a mail order form.
We Do Not accept purchase orders on quantities of less than 50 books. For 50+/books contact sales@thepocketpartner.com for current terms.

 

When will you ship my order?
Most orders ship within 72 hours of the order being placed.

 

Why is your shipping preference USPS?
A large majority of our orders are sent to PO Boxes.

 

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes!

1.) International Money Order in US Funds (it needs to be drawn from a US bank which means the money order needs 9 numbers in the bank routing - postal money orders will not work because they have 10 routing numbers)

2.) Credit cards are accepted if your billing address and zip verifies. **If the bank will not verify the credit card billing address, which is required for us to get a secure approval, you will need to pay with the above option.**

We ship all International orders via USPS Global Express, Air Mail, or UPS International.


 

Where can I find the shipping rates?

The cost of shipping for an order placed by credit card will be showed to you before your final checkout step. If you are ordering by mail it will be emailed to you upon mail order confirmation. **Please remember all orders over 100 books will include free shipping.**

An item is missing in my shipment. What do I do?
Every effort is made to make sure your order is correct. However in the event of a discrepenacy, the postal receipt weight will be checked to verify the quantity of books shipped. Please contact us at service@thepocketpartner.com and we will resolve the issue.


My order hasn't arrived. How can I find out the status?


Why isn't my tracking number working?
When USPS picks up the package it takes a while for the package to arrive at the local warehouse. Then it must be sorted and scanned, where it will arrive in the online database. Be sure to check out your Order History and retry the tracking number in a few hours. If your tracking number still isn't working within 24 hours, contact us at service@thepocketpartner.com and one of our knowledgeable customer service associates will be happy to help you.


How do I change my order?
If you have entered in the wrong shipping address or billing address, contact us immediately and we will try to catch and fix this before shipment. If you would like to change the quantity of your order, contact us immediately so that we can stop the order before shipping and change it as directed. Once an order has been shipped, there can be no changes.

 

Do You offer Quantity Discounts?
Yes, on orders of 100+ books, we offer discounts and free shipping, please contact sales@thepocketpartner.com

 

Can you imprint my Department or Business logo on the cover?
Yes, your exact departmental or business logo, or any combination of text can be imprinted in gold to the bottom of the cover. A one time die charge of $75.00 plus $0.25/book will be added to your order. A signed proof will be required prior to printing. You will receive this proof by fax shortly after your order. Send attachment to customizing@thepocketpartner.com (Because of a limited space your logo or text must be equal too or smaller than 2.4"W x 1.5"H) **Keep in mind that fine lines when reduced are transparent.
